The new winbank mobile app is here!
The new winbank mobile application has been redesigned to offer you an improved banking experience through a modern, upgraded, friendly, easy-to-use and modern experience.
From the dashboard page you can explore an overview of your relationship with Piraeus Bank, and you can also easily initiate a new transaction. Also, the dashboard page has been enriched with the "winbank in the spotlight" section where you can find propositions that promote your banking relationship, as well as the "Stories" section where you can find short articles of general interest with important new information.
From the "Deposits" section, you can view a summary of your account balances or a detailed view of your transactions for each account. Selecting an account, you can initiate multiple transactions from the Transact button. In addition, you can open a new account.
From the "Cards" section you can manage your debit, credit, and prepaid cards. You can also view the balances and transactions of your cards, make a card payment, block temporarily a card, issue a new card, set new card limits, manage card controls management and much more.
From the "Loans" section you can view important information about your loans.
From the "Insurance" section you can view important information about your insurance products.
From the "Investments" section you view important information about your investment products.
Security management:
- Setup security features for Quick login (4-digit PIN or biometric authentication for compatible devices).
- By activating the app’s notifications, the extraPIN code is automatically received and submitted by your device when authentication is required for your mobile app transactions. You just confirm the transaction using your quick login, saving time with increased security.

This app is almost perfect. It offers excellent navigation, stable functionality and on-the-mark visuals. The only issues I have are with Piraeus Bank's trust to the consumer's ability to secure their device. For example, the fingerprint constantly resetting is a nuisance that's pushing it to the extreme or when you set a randomly generated password that would never be guessed but it doesn't have a symbol so it's rejected. Also, some symbols break the system and your password doesn't work.

A few glitches, some difficulties here and there. Far prettier UI than the previous app. It gave a hard time to set up a new quickPIN but solved the mystery myself. Please create a message/warning when setting up a new quickPIN upon expiration, that the same PIN cannot be used as the new one. I don't get why we cannot but at least let us know so we don't try!

By far a better UI than the previous one. Decent copy of revolut UI. There's a bug that needs to be addressed though. Changing expired quick login pin: If user uses a 4 digit pin code that has been used in the past, the app lets the user proceed as usual and doesn't inform them, ending in misleading them thinking they have changed the pin though they have not (also fingerprint doesn't activate as well). User has to guess tha he needs to repeat the process and use a new pin.
