The Missouri Department of Public Safety Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control provides this supplemental app to help aid with alcohol and tobacco sales compliance. The app includes built-in scanning functionality using the camera feature on the device so that you can quickly determine age and validity of an ID. This app is not a replacement for reasonable and necessary steps that may be needed to determine the age or identity of a person.

App keeps crashing my entire phone (shuts it off imminently without powering down) as soon as it scans an ID. It did this the first time I installed it, so I uninstalled it. Then decided to try it again a month or two later and it worked completely fine. Now it's doing it again. It runs and works up until the point that I actually scan an ID through the cemera.

Was using it up until recently, when it started registering known fake IDs I confiscated from customers as real, namely Texas ones. Not worth it at the moment, but when they fix it, could be a very useful addition. Edit: Brought it down to 1 star, I have a jar of 15 known fakes and it passes all but 1. Don't use this.

That app works great even though I'm not in Missouri. Only issue I found is the new Texas ID/DL released in 2020 will always come up as a possible fake and the send feedback tab does not work. Even when connected to wifi says no internet connection, check network settings.
