I am a therapist who works with trauma survivors and was interested in this app. I tried it out for a few days. I don't like this app for the following reasons: There is no or little built in positive reinforcement. Repeated prompts to take PCL-5 and PHQ-9 without explanation and with out passage of time is not necessary. I was prompted to take both each time I loged on- so every day. The interaction feels cold and concret. Lacks empathy.

This app was recommended by my therapist, and I have been using it for close to 3 weeks now. It has helped me understand so much how PTSD affects your brain and other important factors. This app breaks down each "stop point" and helps overcome each one. Also, your impact statement can be uploaded by picture, or you can enter it. All of your work can be sent directly to your therapist and saved. I really appreciate this app. It has so much that I personally needed.

This incredible app is a valuable tool for social workers, patients, counselors, and more. It aids in the healing process for various issues and has been instrumental in helping me navigate my PTSD with my counselor. Packed with abundant resources, it offers up-to-date information from the DSM-5 and a vast library of worksheets for bipolar, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. It eliminates the need for paper and works seamlessly even on slower phones. This comprehensive tool supports your healing.
