The purpose of this app is to learn the Scriptural Rosary - to help keep in memory certain principal events in the history of our salvation.
Now with the dark mode and in-app purchase to remove the ads.
There are twenty mysteries reflected upon in the Rosary, and these are divided into the five Joyful Mysteries (said on Monday and Saturday), the five Luminous Mysteries (said on Thursday), the five Sorrowful Mysteries (said on Tuesday and Friday), and the five Glorious Mysteries (said on Wednesday and Sunday). As an exception, the Joyful Mysteries are said on Sundays during Christmas, while the Sorrowful Mysteries are said on the Sundays of Lent.

What is particularly good is that it gives the full text of each prayer. No need to memorize or refer to another app or document. Should include the titles of the prayers though. Ads aren't intrusive at all, and $5 to buy the app and not see ads is no more than one stop at a fast food or coffee shop. Complaints about that are silly --- or another word that begins with "s". And I'm not a developer, just a user.

Perfect it's very very easy to navigate prayers are large easy to reada lot of apps I find you have to touch tiny little beads on the screen.... this one does not do that... you can hold your own and walk yourself through the rosary with big buttons, the layout screen is awesome very easy to pick the right day and mystery. The advertisements are very few, but I like this app so much that I am going to pay to have them removed just to support the developers Lol

My original post was 3 stars due to paying the get rid of advertising payment. I must apologize to the app developers, as it was my error. I didn't hit the payment button as I thought I did. 5 stars for the app, and 5 stars for the developers for reaching out as quick as they did to fix the perceived problem. No problem. This happens sometimes. The app checks if the payment was completed and is in the status "charged" - until then it continues to display the ads. Once it took 5 hours between a person paying and the money being deducted and the payment status was changed from "charging" to "charged".
