Good app, but it does not have an option to choose WHITE RICE with Veggies. Only FRIED RICE w/ Veggies, WHITE RICE ONLY, FRIED RICE ONLY, or VEGGIES ONLY. Also, the only way to do a tip is with the given options of 10%, 15%, 20%, or with a custom tip using a percentage amount only. It can be confusing for older patrons as well as young and can hurt tips received by the worker. I have given only a 5% tip by mistake, thinking it was a $5 tip. Please think about updating to fix these minor issues!

Your ASAP pickup times are so volatile, you pick a pickup time at the beginning, by the time you're ready to check out, that time is no longer available. Maybe set that to the end of the process so someone isn't constantly having to update the pickup time. I put the items in the shopping cart, oops, pickup time is not available. Changed the time, oops, add a phone number, guest, added a phone number, changed the pickup time again. Please add an email, guest, and update the time, again.

Great App for GREAT food. This makes placing larger orders so easy, even with special requests (there's a add note feature, for every meal). The app also tracks your rewards for future orders.
