Easy to use once you get the hang of it and as long as it's not within an hour of closing, at which point it only lets you order ahead for the next day. The sliders and buttons for add-ins take getting used to. There are no defaults, even after you tap the item at its "small" price (still have to tap "small," tap "regular" sweet level, scroll past all add-in options, etc.). But it works well. Would be nice to be able to tip *after* receiving the order, but all in all, an effective app.

There is sign in-store that says download app to receive 20% off but when I downloaded it did not apply the 20% discount and the cashier said it is controlled by corporate and the only thing she could do was let corporate know there is an issue. I have never used the app I literally downloaded it in the store. It was a very frustrating experience

I love Feng Cha! I definitely recommend it to anyone who loves boba tea, and their desserts are delicious as well. The app is nice, but I wish is showed all of the options, even if it's special to that particular store. The one I frequent at has some specialty boba that is not on the app. Otherwise, I enjoy using the app and it's convenience.
