Absolutely horrible user experience. Extremely outdated and convoluted app for what seems to be a simple problem. For some reason you have to download a separate app (could've been built in into the mobile bank one), you need to remember absolutely random pin code (like we don't have enough already. Ever heard of biometrics?), and I have to open it manually on each transfer (push notifications exist for a reason). I will be downgrading back to SMS.

Crashes every time I try to use it on exit, generate wrong codes, won't activate now. Activation and re-activation is possible only in the bank, not possible via call center (although stated so in the description). Requires permission to manage phone calls. Privacy policy on Georgian only

Crashes every time I enter. There is no other alternative of making salary transfers. It is uncomfortable and risky to be dependent on app that does not work properly.
