Worst bank software ever. I was trying to pay for Internet and was receiving an error message saying something like operation was cancelled for 4 or 5 times and an operation was never ending with success button. An amoun of money on my account was remaining the same 140 gel. I was restarting the software and everything repeated. But suddenly i found my balance -10gel. On the debit card!!! Looks like this guys thinks it's a kind of mobile game or something.

Money transfers almost don't work. I have never seen such behavior: if you try to send money (even to the credo of another receiver) it will break with a strange error. And I just have to repeat it about 20-30 times and one time transfer will be executed normally one time. It's so annoying problem.

The app is very glitchy, it crashes almost on every operation. It does not allow to make transfers to other banks via a phone number. It occasionally does not display recent operations correctly. It does not in fact change the main currency of the card even when this option is available. And today it doesn't even let me in due to an error that occurs at logging in. ...
