Very good free gym app! Ads are not that annoying, won't show up in the middle of the screen during workout session. You can let the app suggest a session for you, or you can build your own sessions. Broad range of exercise that you can choose from. You may even filter depending on your preference and equipment availability. You can track your progression with ease adjusting number of reps and weight during the workout. Didn't find any bug so far. Highly recommend it.

Ace on first impressions and first workout. Simple and intuitive; good for newer gym goers and experienced people. Will adjust score at end of first month depending one experience. Came bavk afternoon first month and upgraded from a 4 to a 5. Absolutely superb app; almost entirely due to its simplicity. No forcing you to download vids or do a 30part war up before your session. Great for anyone at any level.
