FLOWORK Guest

Easily manage the reception on site of the participants (Guests) of your events, by a simple scan of the QR Code of their invitation or by a simple search for the guest by name. With the FLOWORK Guest application record the entries of your participants in real time and with synchronization on all the devices your staff members and the FLOWORK Guest system.
With this app you can:
- Display and choose the different configured access points.
- Consult the list of participants and their current status (entry access points in real time).
- Easily save entries of you event attendees by scanning the QR Code or manually (search by name or list selection)
- Access the management of your event by scanning its QR Code or by entering its encrypted code generated and provided by the FLOWORK Guest system
