I ordered 2 pants, but only received 1, with no communication from Forever New, yet on the app it still indicates 2 pants. The app, is not even user friendly, they can learn a thing on 2 from Superbalist.

The app works fine & is user-friendly until one has to log a return. The option to upload an image of the returning item just doesn't work, making the return process painful. But overall, I'm happy with Forever New & the quality of their items.

I would just like to tell you as a forever new customer that I am lately very dissapointed in your online shopping expierence. Ive now had deliveries with products that are damaged or still has a secirity tag on them. Then I need to return the item and if Id really like the item (for example the dress I purchased via black friday) I dont even have the option to just exchange it, but only to return via online. Then I need to repurchase the item.
