Great inside bike app. I use it for my air bike. No screaming coaches. Lots of various programs. Comes with warm-up, cool down & ab routines! Gives your recommended rpm speed & tension. Suggestions: Let app run in the background. Keep updating with new programs. Enlarge the font on everything. Increase the volume slightly of the few instructions given. Add back button to exercises. Definitely worth the money to upgrade to get the extra programs. Very simple to use & one of the best bike apps!

Not what I expected. I haven't cycled for a year and because of the weather in my area I wanted to try indoor cycling. I started on the beginner side of building strength and all it is isometric exercises some of them on the floor. I can do those by myself I don't need a training program for that. I specifically downloaded this app for cycling training. Whenever I try to skip to the next level I hit a paywall. Can't pay for something that hasn't demonstrated its effectiveness.
