The meal plan calorie intake is VERY concerning. Day 1 my calorie intake is set for 950 cal for the whole day! I am a mother nursing full time with a 5 month old and a 3.5 year old. I understand I have it on the lose weight setting with a beginner activity level, but I burn about 500 cal a day just making milk! If I followed this plan, I would lose my milk supply for sure! This is reckless. Do not use this app if you are nursing!!!

You should be ashamed of yourselves promoting a 1000 or less calorie intake to ANY adult least of all a breastfeeding mother. That's HALF of what would generally be considered the minimum amount to lose weight safely. This is disgusting. Do some research and re-do your whole thing.

Are you kidding? They have spaghetti, pasta and pizza as "healthy diet option" for breastfeeding woman who wants to loose weight 🤣😅 They also think that pizza is 300 kalori. In which universe whole pizza is 300 kalori? 🤣😅
