The app is nice, the chat support is terrible. Each response takes 3 days and makes little sense. On my request of what for have I been charged X Eur in EU roaming, they responded that I will know this in the end of the month from the invoice and in case I wish to avoid extra unknown costs - I should not use my mobile subscription. Funny to hear this, given that I have monthly unlimited subscribtion. Now closing all my subscriptions and transferring to another operator.

Horrible experience . They force you to login with your digital ID now. And when you doing it says :something went wrong try later. Elisa mobile is good substitution

Invoice payments may or may not go through, and apparently that's on you. Makes the app pointless. Deleted.
