About this app

Apptive Health by DBC is an application related to the Finnish DBC Concept, which gathers important information to assess, exercise, restore and relieve the symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders. DBC Concept's treatment guidelines are based on scientific evidence and best clinical practices. Based on the self assessment, we can classify potential work-related risks due to musculoskeletal problems. In a low-risk situation you can be guided to do proactive, progressive exercise programs. In situations of moderate and high risk, the therapist will do an individual treatment program remotely or at a clinic. With app, you can find the right healthcare provider for you to take your rehabilitation forward. The application helps communication and allows time to focus on the actual performance-enhancing measures. Information and instructions are presented in an easy-to-understand format on an interactive Your Path Way. From Your Path Way, you can view chronologically related events and tasks and acknowledge them as completed. By following the reminders and instructions sent by the application, the rehabilitation will go as planned. The application automates the tasks and data transfer between the rehabilitation unit and you. The app automatically sends reminders for important tasks. In addition, the user of the application can fill in the necessary queries and, for example, maintain a training diary and provide this information to the care facility if desired.
