Update: Rating changed to reflect the quick service to help resolve the issue. I had the app in another language other than Finnish, for some reason. Thanks Mikael. Original: I am having issues like another user where the app suddenly has no option to check anything. I only have gray squares to look at when previously, I could set reservations and what not. When I select the menu button, the entire screen turns gray.

The app doesn't even start on my phone (OnePlus 9 Pro). All I get is the app logo on a greenish blue background or sometimes just the background if I clear app data. I have tried reinstalling the app, deleting the app data, rebooting the phone and using different internet connections, but nothing seems to help. UPDATE 14.2.2024: This is apparently a known bug and currently the only fix is to use the web ui instead. I'll update the review after this is resolved.

You have opened a ticket with our support and so far we can't replicate the issue. We have other users with the same phone version using the app, so it seems it's not related to phone model. We will continue to work with your case and keep you informed. Please remember that you can also use the service on a web browser (mobile.o4a.fi).

Just downloaded it, so pending proper review. For now I do not get the English option after logging in. It was present in the login screen though 🤔

Welcome to use the application. Content is managed by the housing company. We can have a look at the account language settings if you provide us (support@one4all.fi / 0207 229 381) the address or name of the housing company.
