Simple Gallery - Privacy is the second in a series of three gallery applications. It is the evolution of Simplest Gallery which adds new basic functionalities.

Lightweight, but buggy. Pictures sometimes disappear after moving to a sub-folder for organization, and it doesn't play well with other apps for attaching photos; I have to use Google Photos to browse to the one I want because it doesn't attach if I browse through Simple Gallery. Edit: Really appreciate the developer reaching out to help. Naturally now that I said something I can't reproduce the problem (d'oh). If I notice it happening again, I'll try to get screenshots!

Android 10 Q isn't fully supported yet, anyway, those errors should not occur. Please contact me by email providing more details and including screenshots or videos if possible. I'll try to fix the errors as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.

Installed, clarity is pretty good. Tried to move some photos but there is no multi-select option, only moving 1 by 1. Tried moving 1, it took me through the steps, I chose the folder, it opened up blank with Select. That took me to a pop up with visual instructions for some other app or something to move a photo. Tried twice. Get back to folder view and there's 241 screenshots disappeared. Thanks Uninstalled and won't be instaling any of their apps. Don't install if yu want to kp yor photos

You're wrong. App has multi selection. Long click first and then single clicks to select. If you read well the instructions in the pop up, it say you to select the ROOT of SD memory, not the destination folder. Your photos still are in your phone. You can check it with file explorer. Only hidden in the app due to your error following instructions.

It's fine as a simple gallery - unless you do what I did, which is empty the default image folders by moving the files into newly-created folders according to subject matter. Simple Gallery can't recognise that I've done this. It still shows image thumbnails for the empty folders, and there is no way to make it recognise the new folders. It turns out that this app is a little too "simple" for its own good.

The app makes a secure moving. Sometimes, a original Android mechanism, on which the app relies on, fails an that's why app doesn't display the photos. Realise this is not a app's error. Just restarting the phone should fix the issue.
