This app hasn't been updated with any new information for about 12 months. The 'Today's Highlights' have never changed for me. The map doesn't include the new housing for the elephants. I am unable to set a profile picture or edit my profile. I think this app has great potential if it was kept on top of and some changes were made. E.g. a section where users could share their photos.

Really loved the zoo lots of bits if info about the animals as you walked around. Was easy to get to by bus from Blackpool tower. Using the app just had to show tickets so was quicker. Only downside I paid for souvenir brochure but when I got there they had sold out. Not happy as I'd paid for it before hand. I'm still waiting for a refund on that.

Rubbish app, can't order your tickets due to a screen size glitch. Also still mentioning no talks due to CONvid, even though they're outside, you're now relegated to listening to podcasts instead, what a load of nonsense. You're running a business, charging extra money, yet providing less of a service, you'd need to pull your heads out of your rectums.
