Overall the app is a huge step forward but there is still work to be done. There is an "alert flag" attached to the app icon on your "desktop" indicating new messages or results. After clicking on the icon there are no messages or links directing you to the new messages. You have to search to find them. Depending on the host facility using MyChart - there may or may not be full functionality. Example: at OU Medical Center you can only access your Xray reports, no images.

Thank you for the review and feedback. Many aspects of MyChart are controlled by your own healthcare organization. We recommend reaching out to them for support. If you don't know how to reach them, email us at MyChartSupport@epic.com, let us know the issue and the organization name and we can look up their contact info for you.

I love this app. Everything I need is at my fingertips. It's easy to find test & lab results. When you send a message to your provider through the messaging system, they respond very promptly. The appointment reminders are also a great feature. It's also easy to add appointments to your calendar. This app also makes it easy to request medication refills. The only feature I wish they would add is the ability to actually see the imaging for X-rays, CAT Scans, MRIs, etc... ā ā ā ā ā

It's not always easy to navigate, especially when trying to schedule appointments. I do like the ability to view my test results. The paasword between the mobile app and from a computer browser dont seem to sync up. I cache my passwords, bit it locked me out 3 times. When i called support, they said they had to update, my SS info. I don't understand why. My social was correct when i did my intake. Anyway, thanks for checking back.

What's new

First-time app setup and organization management have had a modern refresh. Shortcut management and visibility have been improved. Starting with Android 13, you can choose a language for your MyChart account in-app using a new option in Account Settings. Your organization must support more than one language to see this option. These features are available immediately to all users who upgrade the app.
