It worked fine until the latest update. Now, the app keeps crashing. Can't even open or set it up. 2/25/23. Thank you for fixing the crashing issue. Reinstalled the app, and it is working as expected.

Hi Aparna, can you try clearing the internal storage for the app (usually via Settings > Apps > Stanford Mobile) and see if that resolves the crashing issue? We are looking into a bug fix for the next release.

When it works, it's great. However, the mobile access feature is so buggy and inconsistent that it's effectively useless

Keep getting an error when I attempt to log in: {"result":"Error: could not handle the request\n"} This occurs after I respond to the 2-factor authentication, no matter the method (push, call, code)

What's new

- Improved Mobile Key integrity so that it does not appear enabled when it is actually disabled, such as when the app is migrated to a new device via backup and restore.
- Updated Arts Resources card to use in-app browser for consistency.
- Removed deprecated X (Twitter) feed from the News section.
- Fixed an issue where the app may crash on the Settings page when the Mobile Key Eligibility check fails.
- Increased Android minimum OS version to 9.0 due to security requirements.
