Last update seems to have broken things. All this week on my commute home, when I booked trips, it would get hung up and then go back to booking screen, where I don't see my booked trip. When I try to book a trip again, it says I can't as I've already booked a trip for that time slot. It's only after I called the call centre where after a while, I get to finally see my booked trip. The app is pretty bad. I like the drivers (except one guy that never wears seatbelts), but you need to FIX this.

I HATE THIS APP! the sheer amount of stress and annoyance I've felt from the app after a tiring day is INCREDIBLE. Not only has it glitched and shown the wrong time, but also shown the wrong bus number, but also been extremely predictable in being unpredictable. I was left waiting for a bus that said "5 mins away" to be left waiting for 20! This ANNOYING WASTE OF MONEY APP is the only way I can go home so having to waste energy and time on an app that barely functions is infuriating! Do better

Buggy and not efficient at all. I only use on demand as the closest bus stop is a 13 minute walk and this app constantly glitches, for example, I keep booking a bus and it shows I haven't booked any after I book it and then when I go to book another it says I have one booked but I DONT? It's extremely annoying, I've been late to multiple places because of this glitchy app, I don't recommend it. Wish there was an easier solution and another app.
