App is not working since the beginning, and the create account itself is not working, in first try exceeded the attemp msg comes

Detta är ett skämt.... uppdaterar appen och sedan går varken att logga in trots jag har konto eller registrera nytt konto eller direkt betalning.... de som gjorde den Appen borde kanske syssla med något annat.... skulle det vara möjligt med minus poäng är de värda det

Enligt appen (och fakturan) har batteriet laddats med mer än det har kapacitet för. Laddningen fortsätter trots att bilen visar att batteriet är fullt.

Hej Stefan, Laddning styrs av bilen. Laddaren kommer att skicka ström så länge som bilen efterfrågar det. När batteriet sedan är fulladdat kommer strömmen från laddaren att stängas av. Däremot kommer ladd-sessionen fortgå tills att du kopplar bort laddkabeln eller avslutar laddningen i appen. Med vänlig hälsning, Mer B2C Team
