instead of simple web page payment, everyone needs to install this useless app with no benefits whatsoever even if you need pickup single parcell. you cannot pay directly at the storage box, you need to pay in advance. google pay not working and will give only generic "or_bibed_15" error message, stored credit card are not showing so you must enter everything from scratch just for this app. summarized with single word - DISASTER rather shoot myself in the foot than use gls delivery again...

Yet another absolutely unnecessary app in my phone. Why can't I just type PIN code on the screen at the pickup point and get my package? Wouldn't it be just nicely simple? No let's rather complicate the process by forcing customer to download the app (ofc using carrier data), sign up, wait for verification sms, and again wait for bluetooth connection to get established, while freezing in winter temperatures.

Package waiting for me, I've got an email and a text message, yet, the app shows zero parcels to pick up, therefore I can't pick it up...
