About this app

Resistance bands are large elastic bands that you can use to exercise all areas of the body. Exercising with a resistance band can help improve your strength and flexibility.

Build a stronger body with little more than a solitary strip of elastic. It's time to join the resistance.
Resistance bands can be used on their own to perform almost every exercise you can think of with traditional weights like dumbbells.

Sometimes it’s easy to forget just how simple it can be to get a little fitter. You don’t need technological marvels strapped to every part of your body or racks straining under heavy weights on hand. You just need to push your body a little bit further than it’s used to being pushed, and one excellent way to do that is to pull a stretchy bit of elastic in several directions.

One of the favorite low-cost products to utilize for in-house glute, leg and arm workouts are resistance bands. They are also super easy to pack and whip out in a small space. Resistance bands are a great workout tool not only because they’re super affordable, transportable and versatile, but because they can help target larger muscles as well as smaller stabilizing muscles.

If you don’t have much space for at-home workouts, mini bands are going to be a key piece of fitness equipment. And there are tons of mini-band exercises you can do to make sure you hit every muscle in your body. Mini bands are super convenient, you can take them anywhere, and they barely weigh anything.

That doesn’t mean mini-band exercises are easy, though. Mini bands, like other kinds of resistance bands, work your muscles differently than free weights do. They increase time under tension for your muscles—something important for building muscle—since they must stay engaged the entire time.
You can work your upper body with mini bands too. While many people think of mini bands as a tool for warming up or activating their glutes and getting in a good lower-body workout, mini bands can also be used for upper-body moves. You can get in a full-body workout with mini bands by making sure you’re incorporating the main movement patterns.

Our mini-band workout programs will not only strengthen your entire body, but since it’s performed in a circuit fashion—little rest between moves, like HIIT—it’ll get your heart pumping, which provides cardiovascular benefits too.

App has good range of exercises. However it should tell you price you pay and what you get if you want to buy program without ads. At present it says you have to instantly agree to purchase without either set of information. Therefore at present continuing with free version

Good exercises but it's not allowing me to move from one day to the next. I press the complete button and it registers as if I want to quit.

I'd give 5☆ if it showed me/tracked better which workouts I've done, so I know when to switch it up. As it is, I c only see how many workouts I've done, which doesn't help all that much
