Very bad experience, scam elements, various times I was inside of the parking area and would keep on telling me I was not, in the meantime charging me, tried put it on pause trying to solve the issue and automatically unpauses. And if you happen to be unlucky that your account runs out during that time, and eventhought there is a card associated to the account, instead of charging you for the extra time you have to top up min. 5 euros. While it keeps on charging you for the time.

Unsure how this company has such a high rating, especially as so many recent reviews are negative. I second them: their charging is very scammy. They let you take the first ride without adding credit (just bill amount used) - once you want to go back you have to add €10, even if you know you won't use it. When you ask for the remaining amount to be refunded, they charge €3 service fee. I will not use them again. Look for a service that only charges for time used!!

The app is badly developed. There is parking spots where you have to park the scooter but the app can not locate the spot properly. I had to enter inside someone garden so the app could locate me. At the end the app charges you more because I spent 10 min trying to be on the parking spot. It happened to me twice ! And the help desk is totally useless. No one will answer me. Even worse, the app don't let you send the incident report. A real scam!!
