Welcome to North Zealand's nicest yoga studio. Yogimind is located in the heart of Hillerød.
With a completely unique atmosphere, we have created a small breathing space for our time and place to stand still. Where there is peace for the immersion of your body, your mind and your soul.

Everything is gathered under one roof: Yoga classes, 1: 1 private lessons, yoga therapy, treatments, body therapy, workshops and lectures.

We are offered several teams daily. With a wide selection of: Yin, Gentle Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Movement, Meditation, Mindfulness, Restorative as well as Yoga Nidra. All taught to certified yoga instructors.

Bente Ibsen (b. 1974) opened Yogimind.dk in 2016 trained yoga instructor and trained Yoga therapist from Amrit Yoga Institute (US) (Accredited by IAYT (international association of yoga therapists)
Trained body therapist Omniotherapy (Israel / DK)

Passionate yogi and many years of experience with teaching different yoga styles, meditation / mindfulness and various forms of therapy.
Holds lectures and workshops.
