MyCosmo

MyCosmo is Cosmo Laser's customer app, and is primarily for MyCosmo members, but all our customers can use it.

All our customers can see their purchase history in the app and add/unsubscribe to MyCosmo membership.

As a MyCosmo member, you can use the app and earn points every time you treat yourself to one of Cosmo's treatments. You get 10% points from your purchase, which you can use on your next treatment. 1 point = DKK 1.

And if you are happy to come to us, it is quite likely that you will talk about us to others. So that's why we thought you might as well get something out of it, and give you 300 points (= DKK 300) every time you find a new (family) member who becomes a MyCosmo customer and receives a treatment.

After all, we love giving out gifts (you already know that if you've been a MyCosmo member for at least 6 months). Therefore, the new MyCosmo member that you refer also gets 300 points in the account when they have bought their first treatment.

MyCosmo customer app also gives you an overview of your points, so you can see when they have been earned, when they have been used and a balance here and there.
