Can't activate mitid on my new phone, the app keeps throwing an error message during the authentication process. I'm trying to activate using passport/Id option, and the error reappears on a different stage each time. The "copy from the previous device" option doesn't work, because my old device has the old version of the app and there is no copy option. I can't update the app because the last update doesn't support my phone.

My mitid is frequently blocked, and to reactivate it, I need to go through a flow that requires multiple tries. This process requires my passport, which I rarely carry with me. So, I'm often unable to use necessary services until I get home and hopefully succeed with the reactivation. It happens every few weeks and causes a lot of inconvenience. I've already reported this some months ago.

Updating my review from half a year ago. As someone currently living abroad, there's still no way to get my MitID account in order. @Devs: After the face scanning, it throws a generic error (good luck debugging that). The face scan completes fine when going through the Find User ID flow. After having completed the Find User ID flow, the Create ID flow instead throws a similarly generic error before the face scanning. Perhaps that's a helpful lead?
