Dinarak's services are fully licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Jordan via the national mobile payments switch ("JoMoPay"). The safety and security of your money is always guaranteed.
With the Dinarak App, you can:
- Withdraw your cash from any Dinarak Agent, Dinarak Branch, or from enabled ATMs
- Transfer money to friends and family
- Pay bills instantly: the Dinarak App is fully integrated with eFAWATEERCOM so you can pay for utilities, education fees and even top-up your mobile phone
- Pay for goods and services at any registered retailer, merchant or online vendor
- Check your balance anytime, and see a mini statement of your latest transactions
Registering for your Dinarak account is very easy and takes only a few minutes - just visit a Dinarak Agent or Dinarak Branch with your national identification, fill in a form and activate your Dinarak App. You can also call Dinarak's Customer Service Centre on +962 (6) 551 9090.
Non-Jordanians can use their passport for registration (or UNHCR card, as applicable).

Ever since android 10 was released the app is not working, i have been waiting for a fix for 2 months so far, nothing is happening.... I could've built a whole new app in these 2 months. I contacted the costumer service 6 times and i also had this problem while i was outside Jordan so it was really miserable for me.

Android 10 comes with many changes on the level of privacy and security, the problem is fixed , but we test this change carefully on many devices, to guarantee that is working on every device for every customer, you are welcome to participate in the test process, call our customer support, and we will provide you with the latest test versions.

I couldn't find a rating below One Star in order to write my experience. An application with so many bugs ( e.g. tells me no connection to internet despite 4G and WiFi connections ). Still wonder why they don't resolve major technical issues despite many complaints. Was with customer service on the phone and the line disconnected suddenly. ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ

The worst app you'd ever use. The worst company you'd ever collaborate with. Customer service level ZERO. They take decisions on the customer account without even asking or notifying the customer. They make their app/ company as your preferred option without even asking you. They take commissions on free services. Their app is literally slower than the old versions of explorer. They have never learn about the customer experience or needs. Don't use it, don't use it, don't use it, please don't...
