SQM Gym is the gym in Amsterdam South inspired by old-school and new-school gyms from NY. SQM Gym offers a wide variety of group (kick) boxing lessons, circuit training, mobilty, boot camp & running. In addition, we offer different types of strength training classes in combination with a wide range of high-quality fitness equipment.

Our trainers share their years of knowledge from the world of strength and martial arts and make this accessible to everyone, every level. Qualitative, personal and with a high dose of energy and fun.
