Rugby training programs designed for amateur rugby players all over the world.

Pre-season
The first training program in our range is a 12-week strength and conditioning program for rugby players to follow in their pre-season. Preseason training is essential if you're going to succeed on the rugby field. It doesn't matter whether you're an amateur or professional rugby player, the strength, size and power you gain in pre-season will help you break tackles, make linebreaks, win turnovers and avoid injury. We've broken pre-season down into 3 Blocks of 4 Weeks. That's 84 strength and conditioning sessions in total all focused on rugby-specific training methodologies.

If you've visited the Programs page of ruckscience.com, you probably know that we have a lot more free material than the pre-season program you'll find in Version #1 of our mobile app. During 2019, we'll be releasing a new training program every 2 weeks starting with Offseason and followed by In-Season (Backs) and In-Season (Forwards). During May, expect to see a whole series of rugby training for 7s when we come out with speed, strength and conditioning programs for the summer.

Awesome. I can't say enough good things about this app and the training programs available. Created by Rugby players for Rugby players. The programs are split between off-season, pre-season, and in-season, and between backs and forwards, and are extremely practical. I assume that the backs programs include sessions where they talk about their feelings ;-)

Would like to see a better break down of changes in weight increments for excercises, particular for the bench excercise for forwards. Perhaps tables or spreadsheets so progress can be more closely monitored instead of a 'i think this feels good today approach'; hell I can run my own routines based on 'what feels right'. I bought this app for noticeable results and per how the routines are currently laid out and illustrated I feel my gains will be minimal. Back to the drawing board, thanks anyway

I like the app. It's very complete in its exercises and doesn't get boring. However, I would like to cancel my pro membership, and cannot get in touch with the emails provided
