Im giving it a 1 star because it of the advertising--- It's not as personalized as they make it out to be. I feel noom is more personalized. The food inventory they have is limited; the coach doesn't really make an effort to respond to emails. I have to reach out to get my plans updated. As far as, functionality of the app, it is ok. There are workout routines but S Health has more workouts and functionality, It does a better job and is free. Overall, not worth the price of $158

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE TRIAL. Their product looks cheap and is not any different from many free programs or ones that are at a much lower cost. It is difficult to cancel once you sign up for the trial as the app does not indicate anything about payment info or subscription info. Their customer service is trash too. They are a sketchy and deceptive company, and I will be filing a complaint with BBB.

They are still trying to debit my account days after getting "confirmation" my subscription was canceled. This is now the 4th time they've tried to debit my account, with 3 times being after the confirmation. Customer service is through email only, which is not timely. Overall, great concept but your business needs tweaking to become more reputable and trustworthy. Your prices and subscription options should be up front
