The Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (APC RF) is a codified normative legal act that is the main source governing the conduct of arbitration proceedings, that is, in cases related to entrepreneurial activity in the Russian Federation.
The Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation was adopted by the State Duma on June 14, 2002, approved by the Federation Council on July 10, 2002 and signed by the President of the Russian Federation on July 24, 2002, entered into force on September 1, 2002 (according to Federal Law No. 96- Federal Law "On the Enactment of the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation").
