Pathetic app and customer service of KT Bank Germany. The fields in app do not accept the special characters no matter which combination I tried. There is a major bug in app and I only why don't they take the tickets seriously. No wonder KT Bank remains tiniest bank in Germany and cannot win new customers. P.S: After the response below, I also wrote an email to their given address but still did not get any answer. KT is the worst of banks. Google Playstore must take down the KT Bank app.

Good app & easy to use no complication. they need only to find another to verify login or Transfer. SMS Code is not helpfull when you are in othe country. Postbank und sparkasse e.g offer another app in addition to online app like best sign to confirm login with TAN or fingerprint useing your mobile phone or all what you need is a internet connection hope KT OFFER some thing similar in Future. You must enter the SMS verification code manually every time. It would better if this app have the permission to read messages directly or even dial the phone!! This will make the confirmation very easily.
