As a customer of Tolle Hausverwaltung GmbH, you benefit from our new digital customer service: With the Tolle app, you can report concerns and damage to us around the clock, including photo documentation, using your smartphone. In addition, we provide you with a digital document folder with all the documents relating to your property. We will notify you of important information and appointments via push messages on the digital bulletin board.

- Always informed: Do you have any questions about the rental agreement, re-ordering keys or owner meetings? In an FAQ area you will find answers to the most common questions.
- Interactive: You can record damage reports or other concerns with photos directly in the app. Your issue will be processed quickly and you will receive regular status updates via push notifications.

How to register for the great app:
- You will receive a personalized email from us with an invitation to join the great app
- Press the “Confirm registration” button and enter your personally chosen password
- Download the great app for your smartphone and log in
- You can already use all the advantages of our digital customer service!
