Handling of payment services is pretty poor. After changing banks, I couldn't activate my new payment account through my FONIC online account, nor make a one-time payment through my FONIC account. When the account balance ran low, their system sent an SMS and asked to answer with "JA" to add money but "Sender doesn't support [SMS] replies", so an answer wasn't even possible. Finally, I had to buy an "Aufladekarte" at a grocery store. They need better programmers...

Hallo Wolfgang Hoeflich, thank you for your comment. I am sorry that activation did not work as expected. In order to deal with fraud we may mistakenly sometimes not allow immediate activation from a new account. Regards, Daniel

Hi Benjamin Schmitz, thanks for your feedback. If the mobile number is not complete, the login button is inactive. I suppose that was not the case. Does your login work on www.fonic-mobile.de/login? If not, could you try and reset your password? If nothing works, please do not hesitate to get in touch with customer service. Kind regards Daniel
