YOUR CHARGING STATIONS
Not all charging stations are the same! The offer differs depending on the location, distance and speed of the charging process. To make your selection easier, you will find all the information clearly listed in the app. Simply filter, select and save favorites. You can always find a suitable charging station, even if you can't charge at home.

EASY HANDLING
Download the app in a few seconds and find the right charging station in no time. After downloading, you can register via the app. In the next step, open the map and all available charging stations will be displayed.

AVAILABILITY AND NAVIGATION
Call up all information about the charging stations in your area at any time. You can easily select the right station using the map in the app. With the help of the GPS signal from your smartphone, you know where to charge your e-car next. At the same time you can see whether there is a fault at the station in question, whether it is occupied or free.

FILTER FUNCTION
Using various filters, you can set which types of charging stations (e.g. AC or DC) should be displayed for you.

FAVORITES
All charging processes are stored in the Alexander Bürkle Voltfox so that you can call them up again at any time. If you have found a charging station in your area that you use regularly, save it as a favourite. Before your trip, simply check the availability of your favorite column.

EASY PAYMENT
Before you charge your e-car, the app will show you the exact cost of the charging process in kilowatts per hour (kWh). By depositing a SEPA direct debit mandate or your credit card details, you will receive a total bill for your charging processes at the end of the month. You can find the invoice directly in the app.

FEEDBACK AND ERRORS
If something doesn't work at a charging station, you can always call the fault hotline that is stored in the app. If you have any further questions about the app or your contract, please use the contact functions in the app. We also look forward to your feedback so that we can make our app even better for you.
