This is an amazing tool for home workouts I downloaded it to try to make my at home workouts easier to plan. I am going through one of the aet plans and am really enjoying it. I saw sone bad reviews mentioning that the programs were glitchy if you missed a day, but so far it has not been an issue for me so I am guessing this issue has been resolved. I paid for the bundle which was $5 and it was definitely worth it to me.

Extremely basic app. No way to customise for weight, sex or goal. No coach or timings. Very limited in terms of ability and no functionality with other services. Very poor when compared to like applications.

Can't restart with the workout program. And if you miss a day the program is messed up (stuck in 98%). I have to re-install the app to restart to day 1. Can't create your own program. I paid the app and this.
