I hate working out. I really do. But I know I need it. Quick workouts and you can click on each exercise to see how to do it properly. You can also click the music button and have music from Spotify play while you get those moves in! You can choose what area of the body you want to focus on and do those exercises and it keeps track of everything for you! Having an app on my phone means even if I am traveling I can get my workouts in anytime, anywhere! Highly recommend!

Helps keep me motivated! I enjoy using the app because it's a great starting point for a beginner. I would suggest adding the ability to see how to do a workout DURING a session, not just before. Also, being able to pause a workout would be helpful. Sometimes I have to check a message or something and the workout starts all the way over (including the timer) so I have to skip to where I was and I'm unsure of the time it actually took to complete the session. Otherwise, loving it so far!

I love this app... I have completed the 30 day beginner core challenge and my abs are actually starting to take shape. Plan to start another 30 tomorrow. The only things that kept it from 5 stars is the progress tracking isn't free and I can't print my favorite recipes. Other than that great job. I will definitely continue to use this app for my morning workouts and some new recipes ideas.
