The app is productive and has potential the only thing is that the scheduling is a wast of time. Although the bus's don't Accumulate much passengers it still has a time and place to be on scheduling. Google maps tends to be more accessible and accurate. The problem is also the bus drivers aren't always on Is time sequence of that of the app they do run at least 4 to 5 minutes late on google map. Which is fine to some passengers but some that run on a tight fitting schedule could face difficulty.

App wasn't great to begin with, but at least it was somewhat live and showed times. New app is not in real time, but shows an estimated bus position. Then suddenly jumps and shows the bus a mile or more further down the route. It's useless!

Slow or doesnt work - The app worked better before the update and now I cant even get it to load most days. It never shows times of arrivals at stops. My kids ride the bus and without the arrival times it's hard to estimate how long they need to wait or if they might miss the bus at all. Please fix it.
