NORTON 360 plans without LifeLock include dark web monitoring only.

LIFELOCK IDENTITY ADVISOR includes dark web monitoring, breach notifications, and merchant resolution management. It does not include the Million Dollar Protection™ Package or additional alert features offered in higher-tiered plans.

No one can prevent all identity theft or cybercrime.
1 If your plan includes credit reports, scores, and/or credit monitoring features ("Credit Features"), two requirements must be met to receive said features: (i) your identity must be successfully verified with Equifax; and (ii) Equifax must be able to locate your credit file and it must contain sufficient credit history information. IF EITHER OF THE FOREGOING REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT FEATURES FROM ANY BUREAU. If your plan also includes Credit Features from Experian and/or TransUnion, the above verification process must also be successfully completed with Experian and/or TransUnion, as applicable. If verification is successfully completed with Equifax, but not with Experian and/or TransUnion, as applicable, you will not receive Credit Features from such bureau(s) until the verification process is successfully completed and until then you will only receive Credit Features from Equifax. Any credit monitoring from Experian and TransUnion will take several days to begin after your successful LifeLock plan enrollment.
The credit scores provided are VantageScore 3.0 credit scores based on data from Equifax, Experian and TransUnion, respectively. Any One-Bureau VantageScore mentioned is based on Equifax data only. Third parties use many different types of credit scores and are likely to use a different type of credit score to assess your creditworthiness.

The financial monitoring is horrible. Every single account I have added to monitor always disconnects randomly and often. Does not matter which institution it is. Then they don't want to reconnect for days. It also does not alert you when an account disconnects. Then I have to go in and add my login info everyday for each account to try and get them to reconnect. I don't understand why it is so unreliable. This has been going on for months at this point. Very disappointed for the price point.

I've found LifeLock to be an indispensable tool among several layers of defense against thieves and human nastiness that has affected so many people; myself being a victim in the past. Have found the range of monitoring everything from banking to email, [anti]social media, and transaction monitoring to be convenient and excellent features. The VPN, and especially the parental control capabilities are also excellent. The UI is very well designed, intuitive, and user friendly. Highly recommended.

I love Norton, I do. I have used them for many years, my only issue is that when I first started using them, a lot of the features were included in the price. Now though, it feels like everything outside of basic protection is now extra, and not by a little either. It costs the same or even more than the yearly sub for virus protection.
