Great app to view and pay bill. The Autopay function and adding payment methods are a bit hidden in a bottom menu bar. There are two menu bars, one at the top and one at the bottom, and I don't understand why. The Autopay and payment method functionality should be all in the "Billing" screen. Moreover, the Efficiency screen lists rebates externally and you cannot access them via the app. Two different design layouts is confusing as well. Home screen has different design than the rest of the app.

The app is not very user friendly. I got a new card issued by my bank. The app wouldn't let me update my current card information. It gives the option to edit the payment information, but rejects any edits made as invalid. I tried to add the card as a new form of payment, with the new exp info and security code. But it wouldn't let me because the card was "already on file." After running in circles for a bit I deleted the old card, and it finally let me make a new entry. Dumb bugs, fix it

Absolutely terrible. Ive enrolled in Auto pay 3 seperste times over the past year (even got the confirmation email) come to find out it doesn't go through and I have a past due balance. Fix your system! This is unacceptable.
