Everything's slow as molasses. Sometimes the app just hangs. User needs to log in every single time the app is launched. Searching for a restaurant is bad – need to painstakingly write the city every single time, and then find the place on a map. Could it maybe remember a few options? Special offers are ambiguous and difficult to understand, and in some views not even displayed in full. And so on and so on. I pity the poor lone junior dev who's trying to hold this mess together.

Barely works, sometimes not at all. No offers ("deals" tab is permanently empty) compared to previous Subway app so you're better off just getting the physical card and leaving this app uninstalled since there's no benefit to having it installed even if it did work properly. Slow, unresponsive, often fails to load, all for just one QR code.

Unbelievably bad user experience. Maybe 1 out of 10 times do login, ordering and payment all function as expected. No it's not my internet connection or credit card as I have just opted for other options and they work fine. Subway is losing revenue because of these easily fixable problems.
