Keeps saying invalid password after resetting. Even a copy and paste failed! Registered a new account and it's still failing to login. Update: Password works after reducing the length. The max length stated in the app is INVALID. Today: 11/10/23 app can't even get pass the start page. Please release a stable app. Edit 2: So, emailed them on 18/10/2023 and have yet to receive a response on 1/12/2023.

Unable to add patient profile as it keeps on sending OTP to an unknown, unregistered number despite I have verified my phone number. Very confusing indeed

Frustrating. Feels like worse than the Sunmed Go app. I cannot sign into the Sunway Medical app. It keeps saying username (my email) or password incorrect. I have already reset my password and the code was sent to my email so the email is not a problem. I have entered the new password multiple times and it still shows error

Hi, we are sorry that you're having issues with the app. For password rules, kindly set the Password as below: Character: ~!@#$^*()?,.{}|= At least one uppercase letter At least one lowercase letter At lease one number Between 8-15 characters Thank you!
