I've been using this app for more than a year. Everything was great until I updated my renewed passport and then it just went for a complete verification process. I had to wait for couple of weeks just to get it verified. After weeks of pursuing the team to verify my account, they finally activated it. But on the app it's still showing 'need additional documents' and I'm not able to login. On the website it's showing verified and I can do my transactions from there. Can you pls help with that.

What a Useless app, always keep asking to submit documents after documents, ic, utility, and more and more documents and need to wait for months for verification. Not an app to use at all. Deserves ZERO star. Not as other apps which far better and very convenient to use without any hassle. Just need to scan ic and can transact immediately with even better rates.

Fees increased but still ok as the flat fee irrespective of amount. The rates are lower and do not change live. Sometimes instarem which charges RM50 per transaction still returns better amount compared to Sunway Money.
