NextSet gives you the tools you need, to program and track your powerlifting or bodybuilding training.

Programming your training is made simple by using a unique programming flow. Every workout day is split into multiple groups and each group contains multiple exercise sets.
These groups can be freely moved and copied while building your program, reducing the time it requires to create your lifting workout.

The app definitely has a lot of versatility. And, having preset program templates is great. BUT, customizing templates is really clunky. For example, I tried editing Juggernaut Phase 1. Adding accessories for a particular day should automatically carry forward to successive days. If I set squat accessories on week 1, it should apply to every week. Or, at least be able to be saved (the group) and quickly copied to other days. ALSO, if I set Squat day to day 1, it should carry over too.

I use this for my powerlifting log. Tried many other apps prior, but this is the one I finally stuck with (for 8 months now). The best feature is that it allows you to plan your lifts according to %-of-training max, and your schedule can be updated by either changing the % or your 1RM.

Exactly the app I have been looking for, with one problem. I can't figure out how to add a training max to a custom program. I can add the percentage, but a percentage is meaningless without a training max to base it off. Is this possible to do? Otherwise the app is fantastic.

Thank you for your review! In order to set a training max you have to run the program. This is done by selecting your program and then tapping the run button in the lower right.
