Terrible, I got this to supplement training when I cant make the gym. Day 1 of the 30 day at "home" programme requires gym equipment, if i had gym equipment at home, i wouldn't need the app. Also waaay toooo many ads. I understand a need to monetise, but take it wasy. Annoyingly ininstalled after less than one workout.

I truly love the workouts in the app but some workouts need equipments, it doesnt show the next workout, too much ads it causes the app to freez for moments, it doesnt display the exercises and diet only if you check Them one by one. Its annoying

Worst app. Everything is time bound and it needs time to go to a bench lift bumbells. It doesn't work even have a pause button. Even home workout is not home workout. So good luck who want to use this in the gym.
