I have been using Stride for many years. It mostly works great and convenient to use for me. However, the experience has been downgraded since earlier this year when lots of insurance features were introduced. Annoying! Now, suddenly, from 3/7/2024, "Notes" update all messed up. It always show start and end address by default with auto tracking. This is useless for round trip. When I updated it to desired text & saved it, it went back to start & end format with "null" value. Please fix it asap!

App stops tracking miles an hour or two into the day and will erase whatever did up to that time, which doesn't really matter because at that point I'm going to end up using the record I keep in a notebook anyway. There used to be occasional issues ,but ow it's every day Wish they would fix this app. Today it's been tracking but it's only showing half of my actual miles so that makes it worthless.

Overall it's a good product! Since they changed to the new yellow icon, their service has gone downhill. I lost 179 miles today and a couple hundred more over the past week. Now, it seems that if you're not on this app, it no longer keeps track of mileage. The app has full access to locations, free from being optimized, and no limits. Now, it does not work like it used to. I never had problems where I've lost miles like this. I'm having to go back and calculate how many miles I've actually lost.

So sorry for the issues you've had with the app, Russell. We're tracking down the causes, and plan to release multiple updates over the next few weeks to patch this and get things running again. Thank you for your patience.
