Poor Stream Quality. We watched one performance and it went well. We watched another performance and half the show was terrible streaming quality. I contacted customer support, just to let them know there may be an issue. They didn't even acknowledge the possibility of it being on their end, they said it was all on my end. I tested our download speed during the performance and it was great. Cool concept, but poor streaming quality and poor customer service.

No ability to edit your account, no clear explanations, if you don't have access to your email (mine was hacked so i had it locked down) you can't even log in. So stupid. And on top of that, after paint $15 for the concert i had to cut through ads. Total BS. I will go to great lengths to avoid this app in future.
