New user, was hoping this app had an option to save your fave drink order for faster ordering/checkout. Makes sense as most people order the same thing, and if you have a complicated order it can save hassle of adjusting the add ons. Also think it should just link your bank card to it for payment, not a fan of the 'prepay' credit onto your account type system. Don't think I will use this much unless changes are made

The app freezes & crashes a lot and I hate that I have to load money onto the app before purchasing in increments of $10+. If there's $2 left on the account, there's no way to get it back so you've basically spent extra money on your coffee. I'll use the app again to try to get it as close to $0 as possible and then I'm uninstalling until they change the payment method and fix the bugs.

I use this app everyday, but have noticed a few technical issues here and there. For instance being logged out of my account, and then trying to log back in and it wont let me. It says "session expired". Also I'm a gold member and it will randomly change to green all the time. Today the app is playing up! And here in NZ its double star day. Every purchase gets double stars/rewards. I find it very convenient that the app happens to crash on double reward day!!!! So frustrating!!!
